  Wow ..... what an atmospheric photo ...... to me it almost seems like it is in two parts - the left hand side shows the building as it is now ...... and the right hand side, the blurry one, shows the building as it could look in 10, 20, 30 years' time, when the facade has maybe faded a little and needs a little tender loving care to bring it back to its former glory !!
