I grew up in san diego so I get really excited when I see photos from there and I know where they are. The stage is beautiful.

@Megan: Thank you. BTW, I checked your own photo postings briefly and I'm impressed with the quality, especially given your age! It seems like you also enjoy shooting from a low angle.
In this photo a low angle with a bit of horizon tilt makes it interesting, but the the real impact comes from using an ultra-wide angle lens; I'm kneeling about a foot behind the guy in blue :) -

oh gawsh.... that's beautiful! clouds like that don't show up enough in California!! all we normally get is just a big brown stripe of smog across the sky :(
