oh my gosh....the link you shared about michael is wonderful! i too work with a boy with special needs...a 12 year old with autism. i've been working with him for 5 years now and i feel just like u...very blessed to know him and watch him grow in every way. like michael, he brings joy to me and everyone who has ever gotten the chance to know him. such a fulfilling and rewarding "job." keep up the great work...michael is very lucky to have someone by his side that cares for him so much :)
