Saw this in Kobe a couple of years ago. The man is Sakamoto Ryoma who was one of the guys responsible for the creation of modern Japan. He urged compromise between the different political factions and worked on the first Japanese constitution. He died at the hands of an assasin sent by a hardline traditionalist group.
I gave it the yellow cast to give a feeling of a wild west 'WANTED' poster as it seems appropriate for the image and the life and times of Sakamoto Ryoma.
