Repairing the damage wrought by Typhoon Xangsane/Milenyo. Metro Manila, Philippines.
It was really traffic (like it usually is) so I took out my camera to take some shots from the car (like I usually do). Was fascinated by the quality of the late afternoon sky (probably something that the typhoon left behind) and saw these guys up on the billboard frame. A case of being lucky enough to be at the right place at the right time.
