fashion magazines and television do a good job of convincing people how to dress, but more so i feel that our surroundings take care of that. in cold weather, people wear dark colors and in warm weather they wear bright colors. teenagers who hang out together tend to dress alike, even finding ways to incorporate identity into mandated school uniforms.
i explored this concept by using clothing and body expressions to blend in with street art, an integral part of urban surroundings.
