The theme at the time was "A Day In The Life Of". This coincided with me going through a lighting phase. I decided to incorporate the 2 to make "Long Ass Day, Don't Ask". It got some feedback of being a bleak and suicidal shot, which totally wasn't the intention. This was meant more along the lines of, "Shut the blinds...light a smoke...unwind...let todays crap drain away".
I have a lot of friends that are LE or military. This was my silent tribute.

He has the double helping...LE & Military! Hopefully he doesn't have too many of those days. Is he over in the sandbox?

nope, thankfully. Instead he is on a remote base up here in AK. home four days and gone four days...mostly when i see him like this these days its from boredom but you wont hear me whinning about it. The most I have to worry about is his five hour drive home in the winter.
Oh and thanks for the really awesome comment...:) -

4-5 hours from home is way better than 4-5 lifetimes away, right? Glad you guys are together stateside. As for the boredom, sometimes it's not half bad given the circumstances of job hazards. ;)
