Fireworks at the Fort

The annual Malta Fireworks Festival takes place around the Grand Harbour at Valletta. For two nights, the harbour is filled with the light (and smoke) of several fireworks displays, some of which are so loud they shake the buildings lining the harbour. Most of the fireworks are set off from barges in front of Fort St. Angelo.
