This is the front end of a Rockwell Thrush Cropduster with a Super-doer conversion. That means that its got a 1200HP B17 Engine on it. Yeah, like the B17's from WWII. This plane hauls and delivers 3,000 lbs. loads of fertilizer, herbicide, and pesticide over the Palouse hills and valleys.
