Self Conscious - a photo journey
I'm not feeling very confident lately and thought about documenting my journey from unfit and uncomfortable to fit and fabulous. This was all I could handle... bare with me (pun intended).

lol, John. We all have our level of comfort and confidence - and believe me, fully confident I am not, but that's what I'm working on. I've always said I would be anorexic if I didn't love food so much!
