Don't worry, its not dead. It was just hanging out on the ground.
And this is the first photo I made using Nepan 400 film which, I might add, is fantastic stuff. Great contrast and the grains are perfect. Its also very forgiving so if you mess up a little in the development process (say, too much agitation or a little over time) it will still look really good. And look at that DOF!
