I just noticed that the "head" of the streak of light look like a dragon's head...very awesome!

Thank you so much people, for your comments. I'm so glad you liked it. This photo was made for the cover of an EP from a rock band where I play the drums in. Here you can see the primary sketch, the first idea of the photo: http://www.fotolog.com/theshippers_band/36398796 (there you could get more info about the band).
I had experimented with long exposure photos before, with fire and other light sources, and I was excited about doing this "dragon-like light entity", chasing the singer of the band, between the woods.
Basically, we went to the nearest park and chose an adecuate location for the shot. Then we started to shoot out and try different exposures from 6 to 10 seconds long. The aperture was set to f4, f5 so as to achieve a certain amount of field depth. White balance was a difficult part because of the great variety of light sources: different street lamps, warm, cold, the torch... We ended up using tungsten balance, to generate a dark misty ambience, and that's why this greenish hue all over it.
Then we "act" the photo to achieve the best situation; the singer crouched behind the tree and tried some other postures while staring firmly and still. The torch meanwhile was carried by the guitarrist, who was dressed in black, from down to top, so as to eliminate any reflections in his body. He had to run through a determined path, between the trees, and ended near the singer, swinging up the torch, to achieve this kind of dragon-head with the fire. Of course, we took over 120 shots of that same situation until we got fair results. Anyhow, we had the greatest time and this is one of the best. Here's the final design: http://www.flickr.com/photos/theshippers/2535660286/.
    Thanks again!

Hey Esteban..great image. It was an instant fave the minute I saw it, but it's taken me a few days to come back and comment on it. What makes it even more perfect (if that's possible) is having your detailed account of the trouble you guys went to to achieve the desired results. Persistence and a bit of foward thinking always pays off in the end. I have tried a few of these type of shots over the years, but none with an outcome as remarkable as this. Well worthy of an album cover for my thinking. Again, well done.
