I really like your use of lighting in this photo. Since you are looking for constructive criticism, the one thing I would have to say is watch your focus. In this image the back wall is what is in focus. Maybe that is what you wanted but my feeling is that the bones along your spine is where the focus plain should be.

I agree with john... and in my personal opinion, his spine sticking out looks insane, so if you ever happen to reshoot this i would have a little more lighting on his back so the spine continues down the photograph.

I agree. Also, referring to the above, I think you could experiment with an additional light to make the shadows sharper or highlight the bones. Depends on how you place the lights. These quantaray flashes are protable, inexpensive ($20 ea) and I sometimes use 2 of them. The are triggered by the on camera flash.
