"Knowledge" is spelled wrong and the word "is" was written twice.

One hopes the scribbler is writing from the perspective of his (or her) poverty, of knowing exactly how expensive the cost of illiteracy or bad luck. And if knowledge sits in some exalted place, all-observing, it might pluck this picture from all others and say, See, this is what I mean. Great shot.
