I have no idea what country you are in, nor where this shot was taken, nor whom these candidates are, but the overall message is universally understood, and you got MY vote YES! Actually, looking on this, it looks like someone is saying "here's the candidate twenty years ago partying, and here he is NOW, all dour, be forewarned!" Great shot, and the bleak graffiti and rusty wall there drive the point home further - no candidate ever changes ANYTHING!
