I totally dig on the lighting effect on this... did you use a fill flash by chance? (my brother loves to take his along on night shots). There is a lovely "not of this earth" quality that you got here Laurie. On a second look, I'm now quite sure this was a timed exposure. Nice stars in that blue sky. This shot is stunning!
