At Moo Baan Dek in Thailand, the orphans make the rules! not only do they have weekly councils where anyone is free to suggest a new law or accuse someone of breaking one. All authority is considered a last resort, even democratically authorized authority. This is deep democracy.
At this meeting they changed an older law saying they shouldn't accept snack food from visitors.
