Crossing Over
Crossing over to the other side.
Only two people at a time were allowed to walk along this worn down bridge. There was a line of at least 20 anxious tourists on either side, each impatiently waiting for their turn.

Wonderfully done, of course. And teaches me something. I would have been inclined to try very hard to put the vanishing point precisely in the middle of the frame. I think your choice makes at least as much sense, because you still have the symmetry of the bridge, but the off-center vanishing point creates a pleasant tension. Also, the formlessness of the clouds contrasts nicely with the discipline of the bridge.

Someone used the word tension, I think it really encapsulates this image, Portia. It's the energy in the waves, the brightness in the light from the couds but the darkness in the horizon. It feels like a walk of fear for safety and the destination is safety central. Well done
