Norman
We met on the beach in Tynemouth (near Newcastle) he was sat alone when I approached him, but looked content. When I asked for his photo he was more than pleased, but panicked a little, taking his glasses off, then putting them back on, then taking them off again, I told him to relax, and he sighed.

Such a face of distinction, behind his kind eyes he has so many memories and stories to tell, if anyone takes the time to listen...I would love to hear his tale! Great Portrait Jack.

Michael> It was a shame that I could only sit with him for a short time, but he certainly brightened up my day. Thank you.

Jack, this is wonderful, lad - lovely, and intense. What a sweet man, that he cared so much to remove and put back his specs. Good effort, really paid off. What country are you speaking of here????

Great tones and details. Love the tie and pins. Your B & W portraits remind me of Paul Strand's early work .
