Hi Laurie,
Its is quite simple... you put you camera on a tripod, you take your infrared remove control in your hand, and you move in your room and take some shoots. Then go go into photoshop, create a layer for each picture, and create an alpha mask that shows only your body. I Think I had almost 3h of work on this one. -
