Giant Radish Vendor
A young girl sells giant radishes at Mercado Merced in Mexico City. These radishes were for eating, however, extra-large radishes are a feature of La Noche de Rábanos (Radish Night) which is celebrated every December in Oaxaca. During the celebration, artists carve ornate radish sculptures of animals and human figures.
