New Orleans Levee - Lake View

I climbed up a pallet to get a picture over the top of the levee. I took a picture of the section that broke and at the time, was being repaired, but it didn't come out nearly as well so I chose this one instead.
The neighborhood, Lake View, is on the other side of the levee.
