Was she wearing her seat belt ? I was told to get out of my truck and sit on the bumper just to get a seat belt ticket . It only took two officers and thirty five minutes to wright it . A third officer showed up about the time they let me go. Got my vote .

Also, no they are not allowed to beat you up to give you a drunk driving test. They can beat you up if you become aggresive when wanting not to give one.
I can relate to George. Being in afamily with an airline employee, we only buy one-way tickets. we get retained every flight. I got in trouble for not having batteries in my bicycle light... during the day and had to walk home while the cop escorted me in the patrol car.
