Grilled Scallops with Roasted Corn
All done JerseyStyle.
Proscuitto-wrapped scallops set atop some smokey grilled corn, shaved off the cob and the mixed roasted tomatoes, red onion, garlic and goat cheese.
In the glass, New Amsterdam gin with a bit of blood orange bitters, a couple of shakes of agnostura bitters and garnished with a sprig of rosemary.
