SkyBucket Delight
It suddenly jerked...and then stopped. The motor on the ground had a problem. We were there (four of us) for over an hour.
As the other "working" car came towards us I made this photograph with my Leica M3 and 50mm f/2 Dual Range Summicron lens. The film was Plus-X ASA 125 pushed to 320 in Acufine developer. The light meter was a Gossen Super Pilot. I had a yellow filter on the lens.
Moments after I made this exposure, our car began its descent, again.
This image was made on Mt. Lacerne in 1971.
