In Jefferson, N.C. somebody had an idea to paint a mural depicting Bluegrass pickers. I liked the mural and photographed it. Then this woman walked into it; I had my shot.
I used my Nikon Photomic F2 and 105mm f/2.5 Nikkor lens.
The film was Tri-X 400 pushed to ISO 1200 in Acufine developer. I used an orange filter, and the shutter fired at 1/250th of a second at an aperature of f/8.
