Tucked away in Yunnan, a Chinese province, is the Tibetan village of Xidan. After a 1500m descend one afternoon we arrived at the village, just across the river, where we were warmly welcomed by 2 mothers, who immediately started to dress up their daughters. Colourful and warm people, at the foot of the himalaya.
