This was an Elementary School Art Project on the alleyways in Columbus, Indiana, painted by students after hearing the stories of Hiroshima and Sadako's Dream of the birds of happiness. The children decided to voice their opinion by creating the murals in the alley & start a birds of happiness project in the community & adopting a sister school in Hiroshima. (Part of a larger series on "Birds of Happiness")
In the Birds of Happiness: 佐々木 禎子 Sadako's Dream for Peace photo essay.
