Thompson Lake sits on the border of three counties and four towns in western Maine. This view is from the causeway at the south end, where Casco and Poland meet, and where the only marina on the lake is situated.
It's a wonderful fishing and boating lake, with a great view of the mountains to the West (just visible here in the center distance).
