Yellow Garden Spider

I think this is a young Garden Spider freshly emerged from winter hibernation. He's only about two or three eighths of an inch (including the legs) which is too small to be an adult. He was actually hanging from his web upside down. I rotated him 180 degrees because he was making me dizzy.
