Did you ever ask yourself If there was any dignity left in this man? Maybe you've taken it away. Are you satisfied with what you have? Did you take this because you can, or was there an underlining statement behind all of this? I get the impression that you just don't understand this kind of man.

that was exactly the concern I was talking about in my comment (deleted this morning - I decided to leave ALL my photos without any additional commentary, to let the image speak for itself). My concern was that the portrait of a this man might be seen as a mindless "freak show", without reaching behind the initial emotion (and - I believe - this sort of photography demands it). I see it as a portrait of reality, which is not easy - both to see, and to take.
