Read somewhere that most people stop favouring new music once they get to their mid 20’s. Happily it’s not been my, or my partner’s experience. Doubly happily, I was woken up to excellent Oz hip hop stuff by gorgeous ex-neighbors and friends. (Three faves ; TZU, True Live and Illizilla.) Got the call from one of the friends that there was a hip hop showcasey type thing down at the Espy last Friday night. So off we went to it. Love these things. Gobs of fun.
