Downtown New Orleans
Downtown New Orleans is a busy town with a lot of tourists. Of course, downtown and the French Quarters were on higher ground from the areas where the levee broke. My partner and I did drive through the area where the break of the levee destroyed so many homes and so many people lost. You can see what is left of the homes and even there x's.
