Pablo Casals o Pau Casals como decimos aquí, es seguramente, uno de los músicos m´s queridos en mi tierra (Cataluña) que es la tierra que lo vio nacer. Su canción "El cant dels ocells" (El canto de los pájaros) es una de las más bellas canciones con violoncelo que se han compuesto jamás. Poca gernte sabe que es el autor del Himno de las Naciones Unidas.
