I visited this pleasant drinking joint in Kichijoji a few times. Friends initially took me there and only recently did I discover that there was another floor tucked away right at the top. It was absolutely breathtaking and not just because of the cold air on that particular night. It is a very small outside terrace with the most amazing and gritty 240ยบ view. Pure undiluted live cinema with free seasonal, climatic special effects thrown in, albeit no choice in the weather.
