Yurakucho Underpass
This was on my first evening in Tokyo. We went for a causal walk around the busy Ginza area. The generous friendly hospitality kept us going back for more. Its just 2 mins walk from the main upmarket streets of Ginza.
The patronage is at least 90% businessman, and the atmosphere was lively. Everyone seemed to be having a great time, drinking Asahi, unwinding after a long day at the office. There is a train line that runs above the tunnel. They definitely make great use of small spaces in Tokyo!
Whats that? Chicken hearts on a skewer? Yes, please!
