Rafael Núñez Contreras is a shepherd who lives in Aranzazu, in Zacatecas State, Mexico. I came across him while driving from Mazapíl to Concepción del Oro down an old rock road. His goats were on the road and I had to stop and when we saw each other he immediately struck up a conversation. He wanted me to include his animals in the picture but I liked this image best.
