although, Michelle is one of my students, she was in preparation for a piece by a different choreographer. So, I decided to capture this image for her main entrance as the music plays.

I have been backstage many times as a guest of several musicians so the setting is familiar. This conveys such emotion. I can feel her gathering herself before "that moment". I didn't need the description to know what was happening in the image. Wonderful work!
