The black flag at surfers corner in Cape Town means there are no sharks present, but the visibility is only at 200 meters or so.

What a great picture....Ohhh that flag is blowing hard! It reminds me of all the times I tried to go up the Table Mountain cable car only to have it cancelled because the "doctor" is blowing.
