My Macro Shots #2
Here is my Powershot with the macro lens detached. If you look around the lens on the camera there is a spot that originally came with a plastic ring. The small button to the bottom left of the ring is pushed and lets you detach this ring. Then you can attach an adapter (the silver ring shown on the top right of the photo). Then, to the adapter you screw on the macro lens (bottom right of photo). I also purchased a wide angle and telephoto lens that can be screwed onto the adapter, although the camera usually cannot produce very nice photos using the latter two as it is a 6mp. Up until today I have shot all of my photos with this camera. My dad just got a Canon Rebel XSi 450D today and so I will be using that most of the time from now on, although he does not have a macro lens so for all of my macro work I will still be using my trusty Powershot :)
