I love it when a shot comes through and you can "feel" the texture. I saw this and knew it would either be one those shots I loved or one those (many) that I delete.
This stump washed up near Woodbury, NJ. Where it started- who knows? The Delaware River has a lot of traffic to and from... I had to wonder how many times this was an un-pleasant "bump" in the night for boaters and smaller ships.
