This car belongs to my neighbor, Johnny Gaither. He is an 84 year old man who used to race this car at a race track in Monrovia. I believe he held the record for the 1/4 mile at 10 seconds.
The car is named Mr. Stitches since he owned and ran a custom upholstery business.
