No doubt; this is a powerful picture and great portrait.
BUT, Nour couldn't be born in Safed (Tzfat) -Palestine, 60 years ago. It's a manipulation of a young girl's photo for the Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the back of '48 refugees which the Arab countries neglected and abused for 60 years. The 1948 War which led to the situation you try to lighten by this picture broke by the invasion of the Arab armies to Israel and constant attacks on Israeli citizens, and the rest is history. -
