Using my Nikon D200 with 300mm f4 lens.
Location: Ft. Washington State Park PA. They have small area for bird watching with several bird feeders. Different varieties of birds from Blue Jays, Cardinals and even a Woodpecker showed up.
But by far these sparrows were the most playful, where the Blue Jays and the other birds would have been more visually appealing to photograph. I chose the sparrows for their energy.
I was amazed when the sparrows showed up in numbers the Blue Jays and the other larger birds scattered.
They might not be pretty to look at but they do give a great performance.

This is absolutely amazing...I'd love to hear how you set up and waited for this shot, as I imagine you must have. I love how you froze the wings and captured the little one peaking from behind the feeder. You absolutely have my vote!
