The Pier in Ocean City, Maryland would have to be my favorite hangout spot. Especially, in the twilight of the day. You are far enough away to see the bright lights of the shops of the boardwalk. But close enough so you can just faintly hear the screams of kids on rides. Its completly gorgeous and so peaceful. A great place to go to just forget your problems...
