Moon over The Hague

The City of The Hague (The Netherlands) at night as seen from my apartment. I probably have the best panoramic view of this city and without the noise that usually goes with it.

I will add the follow riddle to this image, "a rope, a bit of spit and elbow and the love for a woman". What's the answer?

Une nuit "à la belle étoile" et sous le clair de lune ?
Something very cool and romantic, Is'nt it
Is it the good answer ?
I don't speak very well english and had to look at the dictionnary for "a bit of spit and elbow" and suppose that's mean to make something shinning (?)

Chris, I would make you wait for an answer. This is a composite. Actually they were both taken from the same location but different days and I basically put it online to see if people would notice. The riddle...now this rope, spit and elbow( to put some effort into work/doing something) and the love for a woman came from the movie Bruce Almighty where Bruce pulls in the moon a bit closer using a rope to impress the woman he is supposed to marry but he screws up. ;) TOm
