What is this place and where is it? It looks like a place for me to recycle myself, load up with optimism and determination, those twin miracles of being human. A plunge here would not be an escape, but a deliverance! A lovely view, perhaps, but a spiritual photo, Vicenç! Sometimes I have to stop and close my eyes and try to imagine how the world can be such a perfectly beautiful place -- and now with open eyes I can look at this? How rich can life get?

I'm happy you like it Seanie! This is in Mediterranian sea, nearest to Mallorca. This island is named Menorca. You can flight there from Barcelona, it's only 20 minutes by plane!

Y como se llama el lugar en Menorca?
Donde en la isla? Imagino que durante el verano sera llena de turistas, no? Y se puede nadar en Mayo, o hace demasiado frio? -

No recuerdo exactamente el nombre de esta playa, pero está situada en la parte sur-este. La isla es muy pequeña y llena de playas todas igual de bonitas! En mayo el agua empieza a calentarse, pero todavia está un poco fria. En julio y agosto está lleno de turistas. Es preferible ir antes de junio o en septiembre!

The water compels you to dive in. And the rocks promise shelter and privacy. Please don't tell me there are sharks or crocodiles in the water. I used to swim every day of every summer in a spring fed lake called blue springs. I am sure it was not this beautiful, but it seemed so at the time. It reminds me of wonderful days.
