This was a dance where they swished their skirts vigorously. They always have the most beautiful smiles.

Thanks, John. They're from Uganda. I believe the group/organization they were with was called ICN - International Children's Network - or something similar. They were entertaining and telling their story of life in Africa at the same time. Some very sad stuff, yet they have the most brilliant smiles and this amazing energy (I want to say "light") that kind of just pours from them. I guess that's hope. It was very cool.
