My 83-year-old grandmother, who suffers from Alzheimer's disease, loves to sit on the front porch with her family.

With her in the photo is her younger daughter, my mom.

immediately I saw this shot I thought absobloody fantastic - an unguarded moment, my favourite images. Then I read you description and realised your Grandmother's life is now one long unguarded moment.

Very moveing picture.. I have worked with Alzeimers patients.. and they do experience emotions at a heightened sense.. They love love music.. and anything too keep busy...Such a tender moment caught in time

Nicely done, you should add this one to the "Beloved" theme! Your mother's love for her mother is very apparent, which makes it perfect for that theme! May even get published someday, I'd vote for it!

This is so lovely and I really relate to this moment because I watched a BELOVED stepfather go through this...my mom took care of him after years of his giving our family SOOOOO much joy. I only wish I had pictures of him to share with all of you. I can not describe how this photo touches me to the very core. Thank you so much B;}

This really touched my heart...I had a wonderful Aunt
who suffered from Alzheimer's before she passed
away a few years...She had been a school teacher
before she retired. You caught the emotion on this
