This photo was taken when I went on a choir tour in Europe. Aside from the tremendous bond that my friends and I created while there, I gained a much higher level of spirituality. Regardless if that is through god or not, I felt fully alive for the first time singing in these ancient and beautiful structures. It truly is an existential feeling to hear the chords from pieces such as "Ave Maria" resound deep within the stone which so many people found the light.
